Theatre Kingston is looking for a new General Manager.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for the administrative life of the theatre, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The General Manager partners with our Artistic Director, Kim Renders, and our Business Manager, Ted Worth.

Duties include:

Office administration, including maintenance of our data base
Publicity and marketing of Theatre Kingston productions and events
Working closely with our Artistic Director in the creation of our season of productions
Sharing the responsibility of budget development and grant writing with the Artistic Director and Business Manager
Oversight of the budget
Negotiation and administration of contracts
Assisting the board in the development of a fundraising strategy

The General Manager will be hired on a part-time basis, with flexible hours, at a salary to be negotiated.
